Sutherland Farms is now OPEN FOR THE SEASON.
We look forward to seeing you soon.
Many customers like to know about the company and people behind the products they buy. Here we will tell you a little
When you visit our farm you are likely to see three generations of Sutherlands at work there.
Allen & D'rese Sutherland have been in the farming business in New Mexico for more than 35 years (The last 18 north of Aztec). Fresh produce has been our market both retail and wholesale.
At Sutherland Farms we take great pride in producing the finest quality fresh vegetables from June through October.
We not only offer our fresh produce, but fun family events that have become family traditions to those who visit us.
From our Famous Green Chile Festival to our equally famous Pumpkin Festival there is always something fun going on at Sutherland Farms.
Imagine a birthday party where it doesn't matter how loud the kids get and how much running around they do!
What better place to have your child's birthday celebration! Imagine a place where the children can be outdoors and you can sit back and let them have a great time!
Green Chile Festival
Along with the aroma of freshly roasted green chilies, there will be live music both days provided by very talented local musicians, great food from the Sutherland Farms kitchen, and lots of fun for everyone.
This is a true harvest celebration you will not want to miss.
Dinner, Music, Hayrides in the full moon, Wines of the San Juan and bon fires. An adult only event (18 & older). Cost is $30 per person for a great evening on the farm!
During the Pumpkin festival Sutherland Farms is boiling over with fun and entertainment. From the kids running around picking out their favorite pumpkin (With their face's painted of course) to the adults getting lost in our corn maze.
Great family fun and activities.
Katherine and I decided to drive down from Durango for the Pumpkin Festival with our 2 small children. What a treat it was. The kids had so much fun and were talking about it for weeks. We can't wait until October so we can do it all over again!
