The Purple Cow Farm Kafe is open during the farm season beginning July 17th. Specialties
are smoked brisket, ribs and pulled pork, all served with seasonal farm vegetables.
The Green Chile Cheeseburgers are made with fresh farm roasted green chile and are very popular.

Beginning on July 17th, thru September 26th, Friday and Saturday evenings the Purple Cow Cafe is open
until 8:00 pm serving weekend specials.
